Hi Family!!
First off, I am sorry to hear about papa :( That is really sad. I hope you are doing good mom! You are super mom! I am praying for all of you, but especially you mom!! Hang in there. I am grateful for all of the people who have been helping you out. I wish I could help you too, but just remember that we are all here for you and we love you SO much! I am so happy that Mandy is with you :) She is pretty awesome! Secondly, thanks for the package!! I LOVE the sweatshirt! Thanks dad :) And the pictures are gorgeous! I am obsessed with all of them! I love the colors! You all look so good!
Everything here in Willits is perfect! Willits is on fire! This past week we picked up four new investigators!!!! The week before that we picked up two and so the past two weeks brought us six new golden investigators!! We have been working like crazy and I am just so happy :)
Another really cool miracle is that we had to drop a lot of people to have a fresh new teaching pool and with the droppings went a lot of our spanish "investigators" which I still haven't met like half of them. We have stopped by over and over and they were never home so we dropped them. I got a little worried, being that we had only three spanish investigators, so this past week I have been praying to find more Hispanics to teach. Well get this: We were walking out of a lesson with one of our brand new investigators whom we had just recently met and HE asked US to come in and teach him and his wife more about "the book" !! So we were just walking out of that lesson when guess what! A sweet little Hispanic lady came up to us and asked us if we could teach her English! We said of course!!! We have a lesson with her tonight :)
Later on in the week we finally were able to teach one of our investigators, Jesus and we had a super powerful lesson with him about the Word of Wisdom! He had his issues of course but we talked about it, shared some scriptures and invited him to read and pray and ask God if the WOW was true. Then we invited him to church and he said that he was super busy. We explained that if he wants answers from God he should probably be doing the things that God asks of us, such as partaking of the sacrament. Well guess who showed up yesterday :) Jesus! And the speakers talked about the Holy ghost and how the Holy Ghost can help us make huge decisions and small ones, even when it come down to what we eat and drink :) #revelation!
Seriously. I am so grateful for this area! I love it here! I love the ward, the people and our investigators :)
I hope that you all have a great week and thanks again for all of the letters and emails! You all are the best! Love, Hermana Hamblin
